Customer paid invoice with credit card but I do not have anyway of accepting that payment.

I currently do not have pay invoice with credit card turned on. I also stopped  linking my bank accountbecause of issues with unauthorized bank withdrawals from quickbooks

Let me assist you in handling this situation about your customer paying the invoice using a credit card, which still needs to be accepted as a payment method. If the payment didn't go through, you can contact your bank to discuss unauthorized withdrawals from QuickBooks. After handling it from the bank, you can link it again to QuickBooks Online and process credit card payments.

 

If you don't want to link your bank account, you can manually process the payment in QuickBooks Online and create a Receive Payment transaction to record the payment with a credit card as the payment option.
