Welcome to the Community space, gen.

I am here to share some possible reasons why your customers can't approve your estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Please note that in order to enable the accept option for your estimates, you need to switch to the new layout. If you are currently using an older layout, we recommend updating to the new one.

Additionally, there are times when the browser you're using has data issues, thus causing QuickBooks to act weirdly. To verify, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different supported browser.

Moreover, I'm adding this helpful article as your reference in converting an estimate to an invoice: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.

Return to this post if you have other concerns about accepting estimates in QBO. I'll be here to lend a hand.
