Hello there, motivation-train. I can share some information about how to help you and your customers pay online invoices in QuickBooks Online.

 

When the consumer receives the email, all they have to do is click on the Review and Pay or Pay Invoice options. This will bring up the invoice, and they will be able to pay it right away. Customers can pay with a credit card or an ACH bank transfer, depending on the settings you choose.

 

If you have QuickBooks Payments, you must enable the option that allows customers to pay an invoice directly from the invoice. To discover more about your product, click on it: Turn on online invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

 

Moreover, customers should adhere to any directions provided in the error notice. If there aren't any, we suggest the following:

 

  • Clear the cache in their web browser.
