Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community, gone. Currently, applying multiple locations to an invoice is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. What I recommend is to search for a shipping manager-type third-party app that integrates with us. You can also visit our QuickBooks App Store for additional reference.

Feel free to get back to us here if you have other questions about managing your invoices. I'm always here to help.

Elaborate your needs. Do you need to manage multi warehouse or else?

Hello there, @gone

I'd be happy to lend a helping hand to get your task done.

We can use location tracking for your customers with more multiple sites. Data from various locations, offices, regions, outlets, or departments of the same firm can be categorized using location tracking. You can deposit all of the payments for one location at once using this option. Please take note that this feature is only available for QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Advanced.

First, we need to turn on the track locations. Let me show you how:

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings
  2. Tap Advanced on the left pane, under Categories, click the pencil icon
  3. Mark the tick box and click Save and Done.

Once done, we will be able to set up and use location tracking. I'd be glad to walk you through:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️, then select All lists.
  2. Click Locations.
  3. Select New, then add the Name of the location you want to track.
  4. Hit Save and close.

To know more about class tracking, here's a recommended article: Set up and work with class and location tracking.

Please visit this support page if you have other concerns for us. I'll be right here also if you need further help in QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for the reply.

We have customer locations that we send billing to a different address than where we work.

We currently use the shipping address to denote the actual work location.

The invoice billing address and shipping address gets kinda cluttered up with extra information.

Tried to use the sub-customer check box but that just seems to make mattters worse.

QBDT we just had a single account with multiple shipping addresses for each location.

Just wondering if there is a better way or????

Thanks
