Is it not possible to customize columns on the Create General Journal Entry screen? Or am I missing something?

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community, Deadwood. I’m here to help clarify the options for customizing columns when creating a General Journal Entry (JE) in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 

Currently, columns can't be customized in the General Journal Entry screen. The default columns available are Account, Debit, Credit, Memo, Name, Billable, and Class. While you can toggle the visibility of the Class and Billable columns by adjusting the settings, no additional changes can be made beyond these options.
