Customizing Estimates and Invoices

Hello

Since the new layout update, we can't access any print templates. I found the instruction on how we used to do it until today. We had a "customize" button on the bottom/middle section where we previously saved different print templates.

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/help-article/customise-forms/customise-invoices-estimates-sales-receipts-online/L57kKA6b6_GB_en_GB?uid=lw4rr8o5

Does anybody know how we can do this with the new layout? We do not have the option to switch back to the old version (as suggested in the article above).

Thanks in advance for any help,

Jessica

Let me guide you on accessing your saved templates in QuickBooks Online, @EssemtecUSA

To begin with, are you trying to access a saved custom form style template? If so, we can follow the steps I've provided below.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the +New, then select Invoice
  2. Click the Manage, located at the top right corner.
  3. From the left side of the invoice, click Design.
  4. Scroll down, then from there, you can choose a template you've previously saved.
  5. Modify the rest of the field, then click Save and Close
