Daily report with payment method

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, radioactiveaudio.

You can use your sales reports to see data of transaction records. A couple samples which are available are the Sales by Customer Detail and Sales by Customer Summary reports.

You can also customize reports and add custom name/item fields if necessary

If there's a report that you'd like to customize further than QuickBooks enables, you can export a copy which can be customized more in Excel.

Here's how:
 

1. In the top menu bar, go to Reports, then Report Center.
2. Find and double-click on a report.
3. Use your Excel ▼ drop-down list, then choose Create New Worksheet or Update Existing Worksheet.
4. In the event you see a message saying your report has too many columns, click Advanced and uncheck the Space between columns checkbox.
5. Select OK, then OK.
