Hello,

I work for an organization that uses QB Online. Couple of years ago someone was hired and that person ended up deleting records of payments, invoices, and in some cases deposit slips.

Is there a way for me to recover a copy of the General Ledger (GL) as of certain points in time by providing the dates for which I want full copies of the GL?

They can't help you to restore your old data unless you are using the backup restore app.
