Date and product columns are missing from my estimates. How can I get them back

I have created a new estimate template and the boxes are checked properly in content, but date and product/service columns don't show in the estimate.

To begin, let's check if this is a browser-related issue. I suggest opening your account in a private browser, which ignores historical data. This will help us determine if the problem lies with your browser or elsewhere.

 

These are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If the error is fixed after this, then the issue is likely caused by your browser. Browsers accumulate unnecessary data over time, which can cause uncommon behaviors on websites. You'll want to clear your regular browser cache. Remember to exclude the cookies when doing so. Another option is to use other supported browsers.
