To give you an accurate response, may I ask if you're trying to deactivate an account in the Chart of Accounts? If so, allow me to guide you through the process:

 

  1. Go to Settings and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Look for the account you want to delete.
  3. Click the Action drop-down and choose Make inactive.

On the other hand, if you're referring to canceling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon. 
  2. Select Account and Settings, and then click Billing and Subscription.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Online.
  4. Click Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel.
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Click Submit and cancel the subscription.
  7.  Hit Got it.
