Delete generated customer statement

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you delete a customer statement in QuickBooks.

You can delete statements directly in the customer's profile. There's an option to go to the Statements tab to access and delete the statements.

Here's how:

1. On the left navigation bar, click Sales.
2. Go to the Customers tab.
3. Select the customer.
4. Go to the Statements tab.
5. Click the statement.
6. Press Delete.

For the statement number, the option to create custom ones is unavailable. It's system-generated and will be added automatically by QuickBooks.
