the action drop down menu doesn't offer deleting an invoice as an option anymore after update

For now, I suggest troubleshooting and using a private window to help find the problem, since it won't save any extra files. Sometimes, browsing data can build up and stop you from deleting invoices.

 

Here's how to do basic browser troubleshooting:

 

  1. Try using a private or incognito browser.
  2. Restart your browser, and clear your browser's cache.
  3. Then add Intuit as a trusted site.

 

To open an incognito window, you can follow these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)
