I need a report of deposits with date, customer name, invoice amount and fees deducted.

I can see it under Sales/deposits but cannot figure out how to export that list.

You can run, customize, and export the Transaction List by Customer report to get the deposit lists, @Weigandi. Let me show you how.

To customize the report, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Report.
  2. Type in Transaction List by Customer in the search bar.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. In the Filter section, choose Deposit in the Transaction Type dropdown.
  5. Hit Run report.

Then, export the report by clicking the Export icon beside the Gear icon on the report page and customize it further by adding the fees for the deposits.

Additionally, you can also memorize your reports to save your customizations for future use.

Return to this thread if you need further assistance getting the report you need in QuickBooks. I'll be here to help you in any way I can.

Thank you, JanBonn.

This report does not include the

fees per transaction. I am looking for a report that gives me the same information as in the attached screen shot. If it was a deposit that included multiple payments, it should open up to show details.  Is that possible? Essential, I would like the same report I get under "Sales/Deposits", in a printable/downloadable format.

Thank you for your prompt reply, Weigandi and I appreciate you for providing a screenshot for a clearer view. I’ll be happy to provide you with the steps that give you the same information as in the attached screenshot above.

Here's how you can view the transactions:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Go to Activity & Reports menu and select Deposits.
  3. Select the Dates dropdown.
  4.  Click the Show advanced options to do a specific search using the transaction ID and expiration date of the card.
  5. Select Search.
  6. To view the deposit details, you can click on the small arrow icon in the FEE column. You can also print or export the data.

For thorough details, check out this article: Find transactions, deposits, or fees in the Merchant Service Center.

Know that you can always get back to this page if you need anything else. I'll be around to lend a helping hand. Have a nice day!
