I'm glad to assist you with information about the payment fee in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @donnelly53210.

Our current fee rate is a certain percentage of the transaction you're processing. The percentage will depend on the payment method. For online invoices (ACH), the maximum is 15 dollars. That's why you're seeing this amount.

Please note that the fee is subject to change. We recommend visiting our website regularly to stay updated about any changes. Also, you can contact our payment support team if you need more information about the fees.

Just in case you need guidance on resolving declined ACH payments or fees, you can check out this article: Fix rejected ACH payments or fees in QuickBooks Payments.

Please return to this thread if you have any other concerns besides the payment fee. We're here to help. Stay safe!
