Question

Did anyone else just lose all of their vendor information in the expenses section? I have the amount paid and thats about it. Some update they did screwed it all up.

I have no vendor information after update of system.

You'll want to check your Audit log to see if someone from your team deleted all your vendor information inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). We'll input the steps below to help you review possible changes made inside your company:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon and select Audit log.
  3. Select Filter.
  4. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  5. Click Apply.

In case there were no changes or activities of deleting vendor information and transactions inside the company file. Let's try performing some basic troubleshooting to rule out the possibility of having problems with your browser. Try accessing your account in an incognito or private browser. You can use the following shortcut keys to access a private browser:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N
