Hi there, Willie.

We've received reports of similar cases regarding recurring invoices in QBO. I know how impacting this is in your business. I can route you to our appropriate support team for you to have updates about creating a recurring invoice from an existing one.

While there are no updates, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online support team to be added to the list of affected users and receive email updates.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

In the meantime, you can consider doing some troubleshooting steps to your browser. Sometimes, cache-related issues can cause QuickBooks Online (QBO) to load incorrectly.

As a result, this has caused the information not to be generated on your sales form.

Furthermore, refer to this article to learn how to record paid invoices in QBO: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Comment on the post if you still have concerns about managing your invoice or any QuickBooks-related concerns. I'm always here to help you in any way I can.
