The feature for tracking invoice activity is still available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me guide you through the steps to find it.
- In the left navigation panel, go to Sales.
- Open the Invoices tab.
- Click on the invoice to see its details.
- A pop-up screen will appear, displaying the Invoice Activity.
To address your concern, @PhillyQ32, you can still delete invoices on the app. Here's how:
- Open the invoice you want to delete.
- Click the Menu or More button.
- Select Delete.

Also, you can still convert an estimate to an invoice. You can follow these steps:
- Pull up the estimate you want to convert.
- Under the Pending section, click Convert to Invoice.
