I'm glad to have you here in the Community, Debbie!

The feature for tracking invoice activity is still available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me guide you through the steps to find it.

  1. In the left navigation panel, go to Sales.
  2. Open the Invoices tab.
  3. Click on the invoice to see its details.
  4. A pop-up screen will appear, displaying the Invoice Activity.

To address your concern, @PhillyQ32, you can still delete invoices on the app. Here's how:

  1. Open the invoice you want to delete.
  2. Click the Menu or More button.
  3. Select Delete.

Also, you can still convert an estimate to an invoice. You can follow these steps:

  1. Pull up the estimate you want to convert.
  2. Under the Pending section, click Convert to Invoice.

In case you want to add a discount and account summary to your invoice, you can check out these articles for guidance:

Please let me know if you have any follow-up concerns regarding invoices. I'm always available to help.

When we open an invoice, QB online, we could see the viewing activity at the bottom.  That's gone.  Where did the important bit of information go?
