To begin with, please take note that there aren't any fees for transferring money by a standard bank transfer. However, if you transfer funds using instant transfer with an eligible debit card, the fee is 1.5% of the total transaction.

Furthermore, concerning the fees when paying bills, regular fees will be applied when paying bills, most likely through QuickBooks Bill Pay. If you are experiencing fees when depositing money, it could be due to exceeding the limit allowed on your QuickBooks Bill Pay plan.

Additionally, if the deposited money did not exceed, I suggest contacting our Customer Support. They have the necessary tools to check the fees on your account internally and provide you with further details about it.
