Do I have to do more than turn on invoice payment options for credit cards in order to make a Review and Pay link show in my invoice delivery emails?

I've checked those options ON in Invoice Payments.  QBO used to show that these were on, on the Invoice screen, and also in the customer's email, where a "Review and Pay" link was offered.  Neither thing is happening now.  What more must I do to resurrect the Review and Pay link?

It looks like the issue is caused by the Online Delivery option being set to HTML or Plain Text. To get the Review and Pay option to appear in the sales forms, you'll need to switch to Online invoice instead.

 

I'd be glad to walk you through the steps to update your settings and ensure the functionality shows up in your sales forms moving forward. Here's what we need to do:

 

  1. Open your company, head to the Gear icon in the upper right, and choose Account and settings under Your Company.
  2. In the Sales tab, click the Pencil icon for Online delivery to see email options setup.
  3. Go to the Additional email options for invoices section and make sure to select Online invoice.
  4. Click Save and Done to apply the changes.
