Let me show you how to clarify if the invoice is in US dollars or not, @sales by rep.

You can easily identify if it's in US Dollars or not by checking the currency sign in the amount field or in the invoice preview. Here's how:

  1. Go to the left navigation and select Sales.
  2. In the Customers section, select the specific customer and click the invoice transaction. Check the currency of the invoice through the currency sign of the amount.
  3. Select Edit Invoice and check if the amount sign if it's US Dollars or not in the amount field or totals.

You can also refer to the screenshot provided below for visual guidance:

For the Philippine Peso or Pesos, it will have a PHP sign. This is what it looks like:

Moreover, your customers can check the email that was sent to them to see if the Amount or Total of the invoice currency is in USD, Pesos, or another currency. Check below for visual guidance:

To clarify for your customer, you can input it in the Memo section or Note section of the invoice interface, whether it's in USD dollars or another currency.

For future reference, you can check these articles to check the list of supported currencies and to learn more about assigning a foreign currency to your customer:

If you have any concerns about currency, please tag me in the comment section, @sales by rep. I'll assist you in any way possible.

Did you even read the question? It's a rather simple question.

Your 'solution' clearly does not answer the question, because the confused customer does not have access to QuickBooks.

Maybe read the question before answering it. Just a thought.
