Does anybody having issues with drop down box in invoicing?

I am unable to use any drop down menus when entering invoices and sales receipts.  Are there any issues with this feature?

Hey there, @juliannbergs-yah , @MattPolyMed , and @ariot87

 

I appreciate you all coming to the Community with your concern about the drop-down menus for invoicing for QuickBooks Online. 

 

At this time, we are aware of this issue and our Product Engineers are working hard to fix this as soon as possible. 

 

In the meantime, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can add you to a list of affected users. Once you're added to that list, you'll be able to receive updates about the situation via email. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help ? icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Click the Contact Us button. 
  3. Explain the problem and give them this number: INV-105229
  4. Tap Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
