Question

Does anyone get an error message when trying to create an invoice from the QB app? I have uninstaled the app and re onstalled it but this doesn't help.

I have had many issues with this and cannot use the app hardly at all. This is difficult becasue I am out of the office when creating invoices.

Since you uninstalled and reinstalled the QuickBooks App to resolve any unexpected behavior. Still the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support team. They can create a ticket for further investigation and help you resolve the issue.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account 
  2. Select the Help (?) icon at the top right. 
  3. Type in your concern, then click Let's talk
  4. Choose Contact Us to connect with a live support agent. 
  5. Select Start a chat with a support expert or Get a callback from the next available expert.
