Does anyone know hoe to stop the green dots from spinning on the organize your income page? its been spinning for 5 minutes theres not that much income

Start by opening an incognito window on your QBO account. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

When this works, you may proceed to clear the browser's cache , this removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. I recommend using another supported browser or device if you still encounter the same error.
