Does anyone know how I can resuscribe ? It does not let me .

If you are having trouble resubscribing to QuickBooks Online, there might be a problem with your browser. We take some troubleshooting measures to help fix the issue.

 

To begin, let's access your account through your browser's incognito mode, which will prevent your browsing history from being saved. Here are the keyboard shortcuts based on your browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Alternatively, you can clear the browser's cache to eliminate common errors that may hinder the application from working properly. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers to see if the issue persists.

Once resubscribed, you can now start connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online or manually upload transactions if you want to enter old transactions, can’t find your bank, or connect it to QuickBooks.
