Does anyone know how to resend a contractor the email to have them set up their personal details? My contractor did not complete the email in time and it expired.

I have all the instructions you'll need in resending the invitation to your contractor, @nas-nassolutions.

 

You can resend it by clicking the Send a reminder link from the contractor's profile. Here's how:

  1. Go to Payroll then Contractors.
  2. Select the contractor’s name.
  3. Click Send a reminder or Send email

 

After clicking the send a reminder option, your contractor will receive an email invitation link. For more information about the process, check out this article: Invite a contractor to add their own 1099 tax info.

 

Creating a new contractor profile will also give you the option to generate a new invite. Here's how:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to Payroll and select Contractors.
  2. Click Add a contractor.
  3. Enter the contractor’s name and email in the fields provided, then select Add contractor. We’ll send your contractor an email in real time.

Hello, I've followed these directions, but I'm not seeing an option anywhere to Resend the Email. 

I've attached a screenshot, blacking out any identifying information.

Please advise.
