Does anyone know why I cannot email my invoice to my client?

I have completed my client's invoice and when I try to email that invoice it's not working correctly.  It says loading preview and the normal salutation is missing in the body of the email.

As per checking, we have an ongoing investigation about being stuck in the preview screen when sending an invoice in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Rest assured that our engineers are prioritizing this issue so you can get back to business order.

 

In the meantime, I suggest reaching out to our customer support team to add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified when new updates about the investigation are made available. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter "talk to a human", then Continue.
  3. Choose how to connect with us: Have us call you or Chat with us.

 

Moreover, you'll might be interested in adding links to invoices so your customers can pay online via PayPal, Venmo, or ACH bank transfer.
