Question

Does anyone know why when I send an invoice my customer cannot receive it via email? They're only able to get a text invoice.

I've attempted multiple times and have even used my personal and work email and still nothing.

Is this your first time emailing an invoice to a client? Have they checked their spam or junk folders?
