Does QBO Bill Pay will set us up with a unique email address that vendors can use to submit invoices for payment?

QuickBooks Bill Pay currently doesn't have the feature to send an invoice to a unique email address. However, QuickBooks Online (QBO) does allow you to email invoices or bills, but this is only available for standard users. Standard users are billable and can't be utilized for all your vendors. Refer to this article for more information: Email receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online.

I suggest sending feedback and suggestions to our product developers about the feature you'd like to have in QuickBooks Bill Pay. Your contribution is highly valued, and it'll significantly influence our developers' decisions on which features to prioritize for the upcoming releases. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or suggestions.
3. Tap Next to submit.

In addition, you can personalize your sales forms to match your desired professional templates in QuickBooks.

You can signup for a free Melio account to sync with QBO. Then you can ask your vendors/contractors to email invoices directly to your Melio email address ([email address removed]). That way when you open Melio, all bills are already in your Pay inbox, ready to be scheduled. You can also get $100 cashback to pay the first bill.
