Does QBO in anyway allows to track payments processed by third party applications.

For example, if my customer paid an invoice using bill.com and the payment is under processing. So, is there any way I can see the status of the payment when it is under processing?

You can also search for third-party apps within QBO.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Select the Apps tab on the left navigation bar.
  3. Search for the app you wish to connect to in the magnifying glass icon or select the Browse category ▼ to search for an app by category.
