Does QBOnline have the ability to create shipping commercial invoices for international shipping? We process/fulfill international orders and this would be very helpful.

Currently, you can only create regular invoices in QuickBooks Online. However, you can explore third-party apps that generate commercial shipping invoices for international shipping.

Additionally, you can visit the QuickBooks blog to learn about the components of a commercial invoice. You can also download a free, editable commercial invoice there. Please note that this information is intended for QuickBooks Global but still applies to the US region.

Furthermore, if you have an estimate, you can convert it to invoices. This feature will save you time by eliminating the need to enter the same information twice.
