It's great to see you in the Community today, b-r-customs.
Having a tool that lets you examine every transaction activity is essential. It enables you to stay informed about the progress of each entry.
Currently, the email delivery receipt feature is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, you can make use of the Invoice activity option to keep track of the sales status.
If you're using the new invoice experience, simply follow these steps:
Open the invoice and click the Manage menu.
Select the Status drop-down.
Tap the Activity link.
In the Activity window, you'll see the status of the entry: Opened, Sent, Viewed, and Paid.
Old invoice layout:
Head to the Sales menu on the left panel and choose All Sales.
This will direct you to the Sales transactions page.
From there, click on the invoice you're working on to see more details.
Go to the Invoice activity section to view the status.
If you want the email delivery receipt option to be integrated into QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can directly send a request to our engineers to include it in future releases. They highly value user input and actively consider suggestions and ideas for adding new features or improving existing ones.
To send feedback:
Go to the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Feedback under Profile.
Type comments or suggestions in the field box.
Click Next to submit.
