Does someone have the customer service phone number?

There's not one.  Youi have to either request a callback, or do the chat.  

I have always had better (but not great) success with the chat.

In this situation, we're unable to provide a phone number. However, you can always reach our QuickBooks support team. 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Continue.
5. Choose a way to connect with us. You can either choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
