The drop down calendar for the bank statement dates is not working and will not accept dates.

I'll be more than happy to assist you with changing the date on your reconciliation, @0ace5590dd66.

If I may ask, are you referring to using the QBO app on your iPad? If so, access your device's Settings, click on General, then iPhone Storage. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of storage. To free up space without deleting the app's documents and data, click Offload App.

If you still have the same issue, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to establish a new connection.

However, if you're trying to use QuickBooks Online on your iPad with Google Chrome. Our team has received a report regarding the issue you encountered while using Google Chrome on your iPad. We are currently awaiting the investigation from our Project Engineers.

I suggest contacting our support for them to add you as one of the affected in this investigation.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
