I'm here to share some details on your query about the QuickBooks Online mobile (QBO) app.
Some features are available for both the browser and the app version for QBO. While some are exclusive for the browser version. The progressive invoicing feature is one of those features.
A workaround for your client is to open their mobile browser and log in to their QBO company from there. They can also access their QBO company from a computer to create progressive invoices.
