Here's how to contact our support team:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us.

 

Support hours are as follows:

 

  • Plus, Essentials, Simple Start - Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
  • Advanced - any time, any day.
