I am trying to email an individual report as a PDF to one customer and it is not respecting "fit report to 1 page wide."  It prints to one page with no issues, but when I email it, the attachment is 16 pages.  This was never an issue until last week (i.e. the report use to email as a PDF in one page). Please help.

I've got you covered, @RachelTX.

We can utilize the QuickBooks Tool Hub to fix the issue of emailing a report to your customer,
@RachelTX. Rest assured that I'll be here to walk you through the fix.

To begin with, I suggest using the QuickBooks Print & Print Repair Tool from the QuickBooks Tool Hub. This tool is designed to fix common errors. It's important to close QuickBooks to use the tool hub. For the best experience, it is recommended to use Tool Hub on Windows 10, 64-bit.

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the latest version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub using the following IP address: 1.6.0.5. Save the file in an easy-to-find location, such as your Downloads folder or Windows desktop.
  3. Open the downloaded file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe) and follow the on-screen instructions to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Once the installation is complete, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to launch the tool hub.

Following this, proceed to run the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.

  1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
  2. Choose QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool and let it run for about a minute.
  3. You can then print, email, or save it as a PDF from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) again.

If the issue persists, you'll want to restart your computer and reset your temp folder permissions.

If you're still having the same issue after following the solutions given, you can check out the other fix in this article: Fix PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop
