The modern invoice template has an Enclosure box, but nothing shows up.  The invoice has an attachment.

To help you fix this, let's consider performing some troubleshooting steps to rule out the possibility of a browser issue. I'd suggest opening your QBO account in a private browser. You can refer to these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari: Command Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P

 

If you've successfully run the invoice without having issues, you can go back to the regular browser and clear its cache to remove the temporary files. You can also consider using other supported browsers to narrow down the problem.
