Entity to location data migrations

I'm converting multiple entities into one entity in qbo.  I need to load tb by entity to what will now be locations in the consolidated co.  What is the easiest way to do this?

    Unfortunately there is no easy way to achieve this goal. I recommend converting your historical data from multiple QBO accounts to QB Desktop and using the Enterprise trial to use the Consolidated Report feature. Then you will sign up for a new QBO account and use the Locations feature from scratch.

      If these entities are from outside the program, please know you'll want to manually export your data into a specific file format that Intuit supports. This way, you can import them to your QBO company seamlessly. QuickBooks also accepts specific data like Charts of accounts, customers, vendors, products, and services.       Once you're through with the import process, you can utilize the location tracking feature in QBO to organize your data. For more information, you can check this article: Set up and use location tracking in QuickBooks Online.

       

      However, if by entities you mean other QuickBooks Online companies, the feature to consolidate them into a single company file isn't available. For more information, please check out this article: Merge companies, data files or copy lists.
