Error on Quick Books Point of Sale Financial Exchange

I have an error in a Memo # that shows up when I do a financial exchange in POS v19 to QB Desktop Pro 2021.
I do not know how to delete or correct the memo's listed:
Memo #123 created on 8/22/2020 is skipped due to huge amount.
Memo #124 created on 8/22/2020 is skipped due to huge amount.
Does anyone know what I should do to correct the memos causing this issue?
