The latest update has caused estimates to change within the QB iPhone app. I can no longer add tax, my company logo has reverted back to my old one, customers stop at the B’s and searching for an old estimate isn’t working either. Anyone else having issues with the latest update?

I understand you're having issues with estimates after updating your QuickBooks mobile app.

 

It is an unusual behavior of your app. Thus, I recommend resetting your app data to refresh your connection.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data.
  4. Then select Refresh.

 

If you still have the same issue after refreshing the data, you can uninstall and reinstall the app. Then restart your phone. Refer to this article for the steps: uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

 

Additionally, you can access your QBO account on your mobile device when using a browser. To know the compatible browser you can use, please read this article: QuickBooks Online access for mobile devices.
