Estimates are no longer tracking what has been billed on a project at the bottom estimate totals!!! Each line item shows what has been billed but I have large projects.

In QuickBooks, billable expenses can only be added to an invoice. If you mean something else, could you please clarify or provide further information? This way, we can better understand the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. We'd also appreciate it if you could include screenshots of which part of the Estimate page the billable progress is not showing.
