Ever Since last update the spot for allowing customers to pay has been lost from my invoices I cannot choose credit cards and have lost two days work with support help

The spot to select credit cards or ach payment's while invoicing a customer disappeared  after last update and support has been useless even escalated it to advanced and nothing

If your account is not yet listed as part of the affected users, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team again. They can add your details to the list and notify you via email once the issue is resolved.

 

Here's how to contact support:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us, and give us a short description of your concern.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred way to connect.

    • Have us call you
