Facing lot of issues with new invoice layout

Dear Team,
In spite of several reminders your team not responding. We are facing lot of issues with new invoice layout. At the time of preparing invoice unable to view and add suggested transactions to Invoice. We have to add all the suggested transactions to Invoice and again we have delete what ever we required. Really this type of invoice process we have not seen any type of software. Without following the any standards for implemented the software development / Technical team without testing implemented the new invoice layout system. Please respond and keep old invoice layout immediately.

It's easy to keep doing what we already do. I feel the same if I switch to a new layout as it takes time to get used to it, @accounts343.

 

I appreciate your efforts to resolve the issues you encountered with the new invoice layout. However, as we have rolled out this new experience, the option to switch back to the old layout may not be available. I recommend providing feedback on your experience directly to the Product Development team. Their objective is to enhance the product utilizing user input. This will help ensure that future updates meet the needs of all users.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon, then Feedback.
  2. Write your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Select Next to submit.
