Financial updates from QB POS 19 to Premier Plus 2024

We are using QB POS 19 for store management, inventory and ALL sales / invoices, etc.  I just upgraded to QB Premier Plus 2024 desktop ( via an Intuit agent walking me through it all )   Well since then (5/21) not a single receipt or invoice will transfer on the financial update.  Customer updates, and other things will transfer, but not the $$ information.  This is what I NEED.  I can't even make a bank deposit  or see invoices. Its put me at an absolute halt financially.  Has anyone found a fix to this?  Could it be possible that I need to re-establish the connection between POS and the "new " premier ?  Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated.  🙂

You can set up a financial exchange to transfer your data from QuickBooks Point of Sale to QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. In QuickBooks Point of Sale, go to File, then Preferences.
  2. Click Company.
  3. Under Financial, choose Set Up QuickBooks Desktop Connection Now.
  4. If you wish to create a new company file, pick Let me choose a new company file.
  5. Enter your Admin login credentials.
  6. Select Finish.
