Reorganizing categories within the Profit and Loss report is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. The system automatically arranges categories alphabetically. However, we can achieve your goal by exporting the data to Excel, allowing you to change the account order.

On the other hand, you can also check about customizing reports for more flexible financial data presentation, even if it doesn't directly address reorganizing categories.
