I understand the importance of getting paid accurately, texasel. Allow me to share a few insights about processing payments.

Normally, if it's your first time processing payments, we'll deposit the funds within five business days. The lead time may take a little longer since we're still setting up your account. QuickBooks Payments periodically reviews payments to make sure everything is all accurate. Regularly reviewing payments is beneficial for all parties engaged in the payment process. The Under review status indicates it's on hold, and there's an ongoing review to safeguard your account against fraudulent activities.

In this case, you'll receive an email at the email address linked to your Merchant Service Center account. Read the email carefully. It'll give you specific steps to fix any issues. You may visit this article for more info: Why are my funds on hold?

However, if the payment or deposit remains undeposited after the specified timeframe, I recommend getting in touch with our Payment Support Team. They have the resources to securely pull up your account and further investigate why your deposits are still on hold.

Here's how:

  1. Visit the Contact Payments Support article.
  2. Refer to the QuickBooks Payments.
  3. Click Chat with us.

You can reach them out from M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT
