Full total amounts for customers & sub customers

Is there a report or a report I can create that will give me total amount being invoiced for each customer/sub customer? I have tried to figure it out but its only giving me open/remaining balance. Many thanks in advance!

Yes, there is a report that can run the total invoiced amount for your customers and sub-customers in QuickBooks Online, and I'm here to assist you.

 

You'll need to run a Transaction List by Customer and customize it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left menu, head over Reports.
  2. Search for Transaction List by Customer.
  3. Choose a Report Period. It could be All dates or anything you prefer.

Will this include all invoices/invoice amounts using the revenue recognition tool?

If you already have set up your revenue recognition and turned it on, you can track it by running a report.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports. 
  2. Search the Revenue Recognition Report, then click it.
  3. Customize the report if needed.
