G/L Entries not correct after update

I just installed the newest update for QB 2024 desktop premier and now the general journal entries do not expense or job cot correctly.  Can the update be uninstalled?  I have installed it for three different companies on different computers and none of them are working properly.  This really is an urgent matter with year end processing coming and must be addressed.

    Before we start, let's secure a backup of your company file to ensure that your accounting data can be reinstated if you encounter any issues. Then, follow the steps below:

     

    1. Close QuickBooks Desktop and download and install the latest version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
    2. Once installed, open the Tool Hub and go to Program Problems.
    3. Select Quick Fix My Program.

    I did download the tool hub and did the quick fix.  The reason that I feel that it is an Intuit issue is because I am having the same issue with other companies in other locations, all on different computers.  Each of these companies are using the 2024 Premier Contractor Edition.

      Since using this tool hub and the verify and rebuild tool didn't fix the issues you're having, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. They'll be review your account with you and see why this is occurring. Here's how: 

       

      1. Go to the Help menu. 
      2. Press the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
      3. Tap Contact Us. 
      4. Enter you question and hit Let's talk.
