Glitch/Error With PayPal Category

Has anyone had issues with certain PayPal transactions not being confirmed. I get an “please select an account” error when the correct account is already selected. I disconnected and reconnected my PayPal and the issue just multiplied! Now I have over 300 transactions that I can NOT confirm because of some “select an account”

 

Can someone please help me!

Hi BrittB1,

 

We are currently investigating an issue with certain PayPal transactions not being confirmed, resulting in a 'please select an account' error. We have created a ticket, INV-96772, for our engineers to look into this matter further. That being said, I encourage you to contact our QBO Support team, so your account can be added to the ticket for tracking and update purposes.

 

To contact our QBO Support:

 

  1. Go to Help and choose the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Type in the summary of the issue:  Getting "Please select an account" error when categorizing PayPal transactions. INV-96772.
  4. Click Continue and select Chat or Get a callback.
