Question

Has anybody else been cheated by Intuit? I tried their product with a money-back guarantee, and they won't return my money.

In most cases, If you have an annual subscription to QuickBooks Online and it falls within 60 days of the purchase date, you are entitled to a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. We prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your subscription. There are some exceptions, so check our return policy for details.

 

For purchases within an app store, it’s advised to request a refund through the app store. Otherwise, you can refer to Option 1: Fill out the request form here to request a refund: Request a refund for your QuickBooks product. Or, re-contacting our phone support for an update on your request.
